Petty is a cozy, joyful and friendly cat in our Kassiopeia Cat House. He was rescued from a hunting operation by boogeymen who hunt cats for domestic consumption! Yes! These people sell cat flesh to the local restaurants. (Tom) Petty was trapped with a snare and stuffed into a bag. The boogey cat handlers were roaming the streets in search of more cats following the capture of Petty. Fortunately for Petty, the locals informed us about their presence. We arrived to quickly bust the whole operation and also prosecute these kid-cat-nappers! Petty was rescued and treated at our shelter and permanently housed in our Kassiopeia Cat House.
