Gopal is a Nellore Ram. His pregnant mother was rescued from a party of Ram fight organizers. Ram fighting is an insidious and cruel business, which is still profitable for some humans. Gopal was born at our kindness shelter and raised by our knowledgeable and caring Animal Handlers. His mother died from the injuries that became overwhelming for her, during complicated labour. Her trauma was hard on us, but, it makes Gopal extra special! He is a charming and handsome fellow who shows gratitude by being very close and trusting of his foster parents at the Shelter.
