Meet our web designer!
Sai Ganesh Veeravalli joined VSPCA over a year ago to support VSPCA with its GIS plans. VSPCA needed to map the region and show the reach of its animal projects and their nature-positive impacts on the city of Vizag.
However, VSPCA’s digital presence was established many years ago and needed an update. Sai took it on himself to update VSPCA’s website to a new look based on a template he found, and set up VSPCA’s method of social media posting in-house. In the role of VSPCA’s Web Designer and Social Media Manager. He helped us transition over to a more modern website that would appeal to donors as well as volunteers and sponsors to help all the animals in our shelters – and importantly across the entire city. Mr. Veeravalli helped VSPCA renew its social media presence on platforms such as Twitter and Instagram and create a new account on LinkedIn.
Mr. Veeravalli put in all his efforts into increasing awareness about our organization, about the projects VSPCA has undertaken since its inception in 1996, and all the rescue missions carried out by our teams. He did this efficiently through the narratives on the website, for which content was available, but not in the form easily viewed or absorbed.
He has also helped in sending out newsletters to our beloved patrons and well-wishers and helped increase donations after the deadly Amphan and Yaas cyclones that struck Andhra Pradesh during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021. He accompanied VSPCA’s founder, Mr. Pradeep Kumar Nath, on meetings with the Biophilic Cities and partners like the City of Curridabat and more.
Sai has moved on to pursue projects relating to his career goals. Before leaving, he trained our intern Shrestha on how to take over from him.
